CDSOD323 Series - ESD Surge Protection TVS Diodes

The Bourns CDSOD323 series of TVS diodes delivers reliable electrostatic discharge (ESD) and surge protection in an ultra-compact SOD-323 package, making it an ideal solution for space-constrained electronic designs. They are engineered to protect sensitive signals from ESD, electrical fast transients (EFT), and surge events.
