Entre ellas se incluyen TO-126, TO-220, TO-247, TO-227, TO-238 y TO-263 (D-PAK), con rangos de potencia nominal de 20 W, 35 W, 50 W, 100 W y 200 W. El diseño no inductivo de estos elementos es ideal para aplicaciones de alta frecuencia y de carga por impulsos.
