Flat Aluminum Heat Pipes - MHP Series
Can be used to replace heat sinks and fans, thus reducing power consumption and noise. Thermal performance up to 270W. Greater thermal conductivity compared to copper heat pipes.

Round Copper Heat Pipes - CHP Series
The CHP series can generally provide dissipated heat of between 20-200 watts and power density up to 25W/cm2. They offer 10-100 times better thermal conductivity than metal heat sinks.

Boron Nitride Thermal Pad - WG-BN Series
Boron nitride thermal pads offer relatively high thermal conductivity while providing robustness and repeatability. More effective heat transfer compared to traditional thermal pads.

Graphene Thermal Pad
Advanced thermal pad designed for high-end electronics. Ultra high thermal conductivity and is suited for space constrained designs. Ultra-low thermal resistance under compression.

Silicone Thermal Pad - WG-S Series
Provides good heat transfer between heat sinks and electronic devices. Fills irregular surfaces and air gaps. Thermal conductivity up to 12.0W/mk.
