The AMD Spartan UltraScale+ FPGA family is built on AMD UltraScale™ architecture and is optimized for cost-sensitive applications requiring low power, high I/O count, and state-of-the-art security features. This FPGA family features densities ranging from 11K to 218K logic cells and up to 572 I/Os, making it ideal for a wide range of use cases, including sensor processing and control, board management, and I/O expansion. The Spartan UltraScale+ FPGA family is supported by AMD Vivado™ tools and complements other devices in the cost-optimized portfolio from AMD, including AMD Artix™ UltraScale+ FPGAs, Artix 7 FPGAs, Spartan 7 FPGAs, and Spartan 6 FPGAs.

The AMD Spartan UltraScale+ SU200P FPGA is the highest-capacity device in the Spartan UltraScale+ family, offering up to 218K system logic cells and support for up to 572 user I/Os, PCIe® Gen4 connectivity, GTH transceivers up to 16.3 Gb/s, and LPDDR4X/LPDDR5/LPDDR5X memory support. Built on proven 16 nm FinFET technology, it combines low power consumption, flexible connectivity, and advanced security features including hardware root of trust (HWRoT), secure boot, PUF-based protection, and post-quantum cryptography (PQC) support aligned with CNSA 2.0. Footprint compatibility across the AMD Spartan UltraScale+ family and a lifecycle commitment through 2045+ can help support long-term design planning.
