Power-Over-Ethernet (PoE) Extenders
NVT's PoE extenders provide long-reach Ethernet over UTP, coax, and 2-wire cabling
NVT Phybridge's long-reach extender solutions deliver PoE over new or existing UTP, coax, or 2-wire infrastructure to eliminate distance barriers, reduce network costs, and simplify digital transformation projects for providers. These extenders supercharge the downlink ports of a standard Ethernet switch, with various data rates and reach options available.
The FLEX-Base series extender delivers 10/100 Mbps symmetrical (full-duplex) and PoE over multi-pair UTP cabling with up to 2,000 feet (610 m) of reach.
The CLEER EC-Base series extender delivers 10/100 Mbps symmetrical (full-duplex) and PoE over coax cabling with up to 6,000 feet (1,830 m) of reach.
The 1701+ series extender delivers up to 420 Mbps and PoE+ over coax, single-pair UTP, or 2-wire cabling with up to 8,000 feet (2.4 km) of reach on RG6.
