Otii Battery Toolbox (BT)
The Qoitech Otii BT for Otii Arc Pro and Ace Pro enables battery profiling, emulation, life estimation, validation, and optimization for low-power IoT devices
The Qoitech Otii BT is a software license that unlocks three connected workflows on Otii instruments, including profile and emulate, estimate battery life, and test and validate. Engineers can characterize batteries under real device loads, predict runtime against any battery in just seconds, and run programmable charge/discharge cycles for qualification and aging evaluation, replacing multi-week runtime tests and rented lab equipment with repeatable bench-level measurements. Otii BT runs in the Otii Desktop App on Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS.
Profile and emulate and estimate battery life work with both Otii Arc Pro and Otii Ace Pro. Test and validate requires an Otii Ace Pro.

- Produces a runtime estimate backed by measurements of a device’s actual behavior, suitable for datasheets and product specs
- Test and validate (Ace Pro only)
- Build fully programmable battery cycling sequences with configurable discharge, idle, and charge states
- Discharge steps support constant current, constant power, or constant resistance with per-step durations, cutoff voltages, and pulse-width control
- Chain multiple Ace Pro units via powered USB hub; no software limit on battery count or cycle count
- Up to 25 V/5 A per unit with 15 W continuous power limit; suitable for everything from coin cells to multi-cell Li-ion packs
- Captures voltage, current, energy and capacity simultaneously across all connected units
