QPK1520 Octal GaN Gate Driver with Programmable Bias and Sequencing — Coming Soon!

Qorvo RF power amplifier bias controllers are ideal for radar applications

Image of Qorvo QPK1520 Octal GaN Gate Driver with Programmable Bias and SequencingThe Qorvo QPK1520 high-speed, multi-channel GaN gate bias controller is designed to provide precise, programmable gate control, sequencing, and temperature compensation for RF power amplifiers and low-noise amplifiers.

When used with the QPK1521 SPDT switch driver and QPK1522 drain controller, it forms a complete bias control chipset that enables fully coordinated gate, drain, and RF path switching in front-end modules and phased array systems. This chipset approach allows designers to implement sub-100 ns TX/RX switching, automated IDQ calibration, and safe bias sequencing, while significantly reducing the complexity and component count of traditional discrete bias networks.
