The Qorvo QPK1521 high-speed GaN SPDT switch driver delivers complementary control signals for fast and reliable RF path switching in front-end modules and RF GaN switches.
As part of the QPK152x chipset, it works in conjunction with the QPK1520 gate controller and QPK1522 drain controller to synchronize RF signal routing with gate and drain bias transitions. This coordinated operation enables seamless TX/RX switching, improved system timing alignment, and robust protection of GaN devices, while supporting multi-throw switch architectures and simplifying overall RF front-end design.
