EVAL-ADMX100X-FMCZ

The EVAL-ADMX100X-FMCZ is a carrier board for evaluating Analog Devices' ADMX1001B and ADMX1002B ultra-low distortion signal generator modules. It provides a high-performance source for ADC characterization, audio testing, sensor evaluation, and automated test equipment. The platform supports DC to 40 kHz operation, uses a proprietary digital pre-distortion algorithm to achieve approximately −130 dBc THD at 1 kHz, and offers high-resolution arbitrary waveform generation with differential outputs up to about 3.5/3.6 Vrms. The board connects to an SDP-H1 controller through an FMC interface and works with the ADMX100X GUI for waveform generation, measurement, and system integration.
