Detailed Description | N93_SMARC_SOM_1R16E_NX611_1M is a Nitrogen93 SMARC 2.1.1 System-on-Module powered by the NXP i.MX 93 with dual-core Cortex-A55 (up to 1.7 GHz) and Cortex-M33 MCU for Linux and RTOS operation. It includes 2GB LPDDR4 and 16GB eMMC (1R16E) and integrates the Sona NX611 (NXP IW611) dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 module. Featuring Arm Ethos-U65 microNPU (up to 0.7 TOPS) for edge ML, secure boot, multiple display and I/O interfaces, industrial temp range, and long-term support, it enables scalable SBC or custom carrier designs. |
