ECU-1270 Series Industrial IoT Gateway from Advantech PIO | DigiKey

The Advantech ECU-1270 series is a rugged industrial IoT gateway with on-demand expansion for wireless, storage, and I/O. The Advantech ECU-1270 series industrial IoT gateway connects field devices to enterprise systems with secure, rugged edge performance. A quad-core Cortex-A53 processor supports up to 8 GB of LPDDR4 memory and 32 GB of eMMC storage for local processing. On-demand M.2 and mini PCIe expansion adds cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or NVMe SSD storage without custom development. Optional modules add CAN FD, additional I/O, and PoE flexibility. IEC 62443 compliance with Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 hardware security protects industrial networks, and built-in EdgeLink software supports over 200 PLC drivers along with OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, and other major protocols. The gateway operates from -40 to +70 degrees C in a slim, fanless enclosure suited for smart manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure applications.
