The ECS-TXO-16CSMV4 Clipped Sine Wave MultiVolt TCXO from ECS delivers +/-0.5 ppm frequency stability from -30 to +85°C. It supports supply voltages from 1.8 to 3.3 V in a compact SMD ceramic package. The ECS-TXO-16CSMV4 is an analog-compensated clipped sine wave TCXO from ECS. It achieves ultra-tight frequency stability of +/-0.5 ppm across a -30 to +85 ° C operating range, supporting supply inputs of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.0 V, and 3.3 V. A high calibration rate maintains a linear frequency output throughout temperature compensation, making it ideal for precision timing in wireless and IoT applications. It is available in 26 MHz and 52 MHz output frequencies. The ultra-compact 1.6 x 1.2 x 0.56 mm ceramic SMD package has a gold lead finish. It is MSL 1 rated, Pb-free, and RoHS-compliant.
