Fiberglass and polyester enclosures from Phoenix Mecano offer robust nonmetallic protection rated to IP66 and NEMA 4X. They are available in 27 sizes and are ideal for industrial, marine, and chemical environments. The fiberglass and polyester enclosures from Phoenix Mecano are engineered for rugged applications in harsh environments. They are available in 27 sizes from 55 x 55 x 37 mm to 406 x 401 x 201 mm. These nonmetallic enclosures feature a tongue-and-groove gasket design providing ingress protection up to IP66 and NEMA 4X. Standard configurations include captive stainless-steel lid screws and polyurethane or neoprene gasket options. Integrated mounting inserts allow easy installation of PCBs, terminal blocks, or DIN rails. They are UL-listed and suitable for food and chemical industry environments. Nonmetallic construction eliminates the risk of corrosion while maintaining high mechanical strength and low weight.
