This slide shows an electrostatic gun test using the TVS with latch-up-free architecture. The graphic on the left is before testing, and on the right is after conducting the electrostatic gun test. Regardless if it is under the ESD test of air, I/O or GND, the result is latch-up-free safe. The signal transmission integrity is good and in a safe operating condition.
